A bicyclist died in a collision with a car early Tuesday, Dec. 5, Beaumont Police Officer Carol Riley said in a news release.
The accident happened at 4:36 a.m. near 6200 Highway 347, near MLK Parkway in Beaumont.
Beaumont Police officers who responded to the scene found that the driver of a beige Mercury Grand Marquis changed lanes and did not see the bicyclist, since there were no lights on the bike or reflective clothing.
