A suspect was arrested after an alleged home burglary in Port Arthur on Monday, Oct. 31, at 3:30 p.m.
Port Arthur police officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Neches Avenue. The victim gave officers a description of the suspect and the direction the suspect had fled. PAPD officers located the suspect and stolen property.
Port Arthur Police public information officer Risa Carpenter reports that the suspect, Lionel McDaniel Jr., was arrested for burglary of a habitation and transported to the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Detention Facility.
